Powerful Workshop
What a wonderful weekend full of learning and special people. Menita’s ‘Blackholes…Spiraling Light…Creation’ workshop was simply great. Each participate experienced a new level of expanded consciousness as they worked through the old and brought in the new. One participate that has come to other workshops said that she didn’t think this one could top the one in October. Guess what? She told me this morning that it did. WOW! I love the confirmation. Avoiding The Post High Slump
I recently attended the Black Hole Spiraling Energy Workshop. Nothing short of awesome! As in past workshops, we were taught techniques that can be applied to our daily lives. This enables us to use these techniques to remain in the moment. Each moment…
I observed this time after returning from the workshop, a ‘slump’ of sorts. I think this is due to being in a high vibrational spot combined with the energy of the participants, Menita and the Group Composite. I see now that we return to our daily routine and it is important to immediately pay attention to what patterns emerge. Ego steps right in since our “guards are down” and lo and behold, an old pattern comes up.
If you are no longer feeling the ‘high’, then use the techniques to place yourself back in the moment. Recognize that this is Ego’s last ‘strong hold.’ As you evolve, it has to find ways to raise the patterns that throw you out of the moment. Catch yourself. Stop and release the pattern. THEN, most importantly replace it with one of the techniques taught.
Another thing I did to help me recognize when one of these patterns is starting up is to give myself a trigger. I asked my physical body to make my right palm itch. Then, I know an old pattern is playing itself like a broken record. Yesterday, I looked in the mirror and the pattern started of judgment, I’m not good enough to attract a partner, I’m fat, etc. etc. My palm started itching, and as I scratched my palm, I said, “I recognize you. This is not true.” And then proceeded to replace the pattern with the truth, which is I am perfect in this moment, I am healthy, slender and youthful.
As we do this more and more, the patterns begin to fall away. Eventually there will be no more patterns. Instead we will live in our truth and enjoy the moment.
What wonderful insight! Those that attended the workshop will definitely benifit from your experience. Those that didn’t have a chance to go to the workshop can also benifit by creating an anchor of their own when old patterns show up. Thank you!
Menita’s Black Holes Workshop – June 19-20, 2010
Menita’s workshops are powerful experiences. I have been to a number of his workshops, and each time he takes a different tack to instill in us who and what we really are. We are vibrational entities that reside most of the time in the physicality of the third dimension. I am not sure who first said it, but I love the expression that “We are spiritual beings having a human experience.” Menita has helped me appreciate the deep meaning of this expression. In this workshop, Menita stressed staying present—“Live your life in the moment! Savior each moment!” He said that for those things we desire to consciously manifest that we need to “find a feeling that brings the passion and the fire in the belly.” Menita made us work to do just that for “three things we want to see occur now”.
As part of the workshop, I had an hour long private channeling with Menita. It was intense and wonderful. I answered a number of questions including some having to do with the pre-history of Egypt and Atlantis—subjects which fascinate me. The answers he gave me I will savior for a long time.
The June, 2010 “Black Holes…Spiraling Light…Creation Workshop” was yet another magnificent event. Since attending my first Menita Workshop in 2005, I have attended every one since. And there’s a reason for that: Just when I feel the past workshop had been stupendous — not to be topped, the next workshop is even more stupendous!
The basic premise of this workshop is that we create our own reality…which means we can “have it all” or decide that we “don’t deserve it”. Menita simply & succinctly shared with us how we can attain our greatest desires.
Our greatest desires will be manifest when we (1) determine what we truly desire, (2) intently focus on it with emotion, and (3) KNOW beyond any doubt that our desire will be manifested.
As Menita says: “ it’s simple, although not always EASY.”
And yet it CAN be easy once we stop the doubt & fear that negates our greatest desires from manifesting and learn to catch our negative “mindchatter” (when the ego is talking)and bring our focus back to KNOWING.
It’s up to US if we want it or not… it’s THAT simple!
When Menita says that to manifest your life is simple but not always easy, I am reminded of all to the times I have truly manifested my desires. These times are the ones where I am sure beyond a shadow of a doubt that it will be created in my life. I release the energy because I know it will happen and move on to the next moment. The things that haven’t manifested yet are the ones that I have not let go of and keep worrying about. These just sit there in my bands of light, being pulled in then moved out, each time I have doubt. Letting go is a simple concept but not easy in our world of fear. The fear of not being enough or having enough. I am learning each day to relax into my moments and allow things to come into my life. Then action is taken! Next thing I know things show up in my life. WOW! Simple not always easy.

Menita has not set a date for the next workshop. My feeling is that it will be in September.
