New Tomb found in Sakkara

Thank you to my friend Teryl for sending this information about a new tomb that was recently found in Sakkara, the home of the Step Pyramid.  I have been to the Step Pyramid many times as well as the Tombs of the Nobels located near by.  The tombs are located in mastabas, long buildings with several rooms and on the walls of the rooms are paintings that represent the life of the person buried there.  The colors are amazingly bright and the pictures tell of the lives of a civilization that lived thousands of years ago.  I find that they were very similar to us in their daily experiences.  Hopefully in the near future the new tomb will be open to the public  so we can see the wonderful legacy left by the ancient people of Egypt.  Please, see below the link to read about this new tomb.
